WHAT IS IT WITH JOLLOF?

I went for a wedding last week and someone asked me  a question:

"What do you call a gathering where 2 people are thinking of love and others are thinking of food especially Jollof?

Read: ANOTHER SATURDAY.

His answer was wedding and I simply shook my head.
Jollof rice is a famous Nigerian and West African dish made of rice, pepper, lots of tomatoes and tomato puree.

When cooked by a pro, its always delicious. 

Please can anyone tell me what all this Jollof issue is all about?
