Each day has its own
challenges. Just imagine this: you are dead tired in the morning because you
almost had no sleep, you do all you need to do before rushing out of the house,
then you get to work and your boss decides to be on your case; it seems like nothing
you ever do is enough; as frustrating as this is, you still have to face the
traffic and combat many issues at home.
Depressing isn't it?
Sometimes, you need to
give your mind a break so you don't break down. It's difficult but this is what
I've learnt to do: take the time out to laugh and be happy about the good
things that have come your way no matter how minute. be appreciative to God and
to all around you.
Then you can shut down
all the worries and have a good night rest.
