LET IT GO.

Do you know this feeling?

You want to do something so bad but you know it's not good for you.


Read:PAUSE AND THINK.


You need to study but you're constantly thinking of a particular movie that's making you lose concentration.

That's what I'm talking about.

Sometimes you shrug off the feeling and at other times you stick to the important thing.
 
But you should try to think about what will pay you later on.

It's called denying yourself. It's letting go of what you really want and choosing what will benefit you later.

Believe me this is very difficult but it's worth it at the end.
