YEEPA, I MES O!

I love my friends. We can discuss everything and anything.

So today we got talking and Sewa took us down memory lane to her first relationship. It was puppy love because they were still in Secondary School. Sewa and Tunde were smitten by a cupid.

They laughed together, ate together, went for picnics, wrote letters with a pen picked from the basket of love and ended it with doxology...you know what I mean? If you do say “uh-hun, uh-hun” (using Pastor Chris Okotie’s voice) lol.

On this fateful day Sewa ate beans which was her best food. It was “ewa oloyin” (sweet beans) cooked by her late grandmother who was her best cook. 

As usual for him Tunde came around to take her out to meet his friends. He was her sweetheart and she couldn’t resist him although she was beginning to feel a rumble in her tummy.

While they were in the bus with his friends, Sewa my padi was uncomfortable. She began by letting out noiseless farts dropping it like it’s hot on them. Tunde and his friends kept wondering what was smelling as they asked each other for the culprit. 

My friend just pesh. She ignored them and was forming big girl moreover, they didn’t ask her.

Now her tummy went into a knot again and she was holding the fart in but unfortunately, the bus went into a gallop and the bomb exploded into everyone’s ears and noses. The lucky ones were the people who sat by the window. They could breathe the air outside the bus.

As for others, hmmm they abused her especially the conductor. His friends yabbed Tunde who was already very irritated. After they arrived at their destination, Tunde went home leaving her to find her way.

A few days later, Sewa received a letter from Tunde. Surprisingly, he didn’t pick his pen from the basket of love, he lambasted her for farting and disgracing him in that manner.  

To cut the whole story short, he ended the relationship. 

So I ask what is wrong with farting in the presence of your future partner or boo’s?
